The meeting, which was attended by the governorate advisor and head of the mini-development team in the governorate, Abdullah Al-Marouni, touched on the role of associations in implementing the proposed solutions to expand potato cultivation and marketing, in a way that benefits the farmer and does not exhaust the consumer. The meeting stressed the importance of adopting a mechanism for farmers’ work within the framework of development cooperative societies in isolation, directorates and sectors, in a way that guarantees the rights of farmers and consumers. The meeting pointed out the importance of collective work, integrated planning, focusing on people first, and working in accordance with the directives of the leader of the revolution to advance the agricultural and industrial sector, in a way that ensures confronting the challenges imposed by the aggression and siege. At the meeting, the Executive Director of the Bonyan Foundation, Dr. Muhammad Al-Madani, stressed the importance of the role of associations in isolation and districts in promoting agriculture and caring for farms, pointing out that the correct solution is for associations to assume leadership of development in their communities with authority and ability. He pointed to the role of the development team in confronting the economic war by focusing on aspects of developing work in the agricultural and industrial sectors, and working as one team with associations, development knights and citizens, in order to bring about a real and lasting development renaissance with the participation of everyone. He noted the role of the mosque, preachers and preachers in raising awareness of the importance of turning inward to obtain a local product instead of foreign, by developing and advancing the agricultural sector in a way that keeps pace with developments and the needs of the current stage, especially in light of the economic war launched by the countries of the aggression coalition led by America as a result of Yemen’s position with...
